It's amazing how schools claim to be about student achievement, but provide so little evidence of that. See how schools change their entire schedules around to maximize the opportunity for students to pass HSPA exams, but don't do anything about moving failing students out of classes they are too challenged by, or putting students in challenging classes they deserve.
